These are the General Terms and Conditions, as used by Thebookstore.
Please read these Terms and Conditions before using (the Site). The Terms and Conditions constitute a binding agreement between you and Thebookstore (referred to as “Thebookstore,” the “Company,” “we” and “our”). We will continue to evaluate the terms against new technologies, business practices, and our users’ needs and may make changes to the Terms accordingly. Please check these Terms periodically for updates. Users who violate these terms may have their access and use of the Site suspended or terminated, at the discretion of the Company.
Thebookstore provides free of copyright, licensed and original audiobook and e-book content and related matter (“Audio and E-Book Content”) and operates according to the paid library’s principle. We’re the club, working on a subscription system of access to E-Books and Audio Books. The library is available in every web browser on mobile devices as well as on desktop and laptop computers.
By accessing the Site or using the services provided herein, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Condition.
You must be eighteen (18) years of age or older to use the Site.
If you are creating an Thebookstore account, you acknowledge that Thebookstore account is not intended for creation and use by individuals under 18 years of age. You must also have a valid email address (e.g., an authentic and accurate address which neither misleads nor impersonates another person) and a valid credit card.
3. Use of the Site
You agree that your use of the Site and its Content will be in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and that you will not use, or knowingly allow any other person to use, the Site or its Content for or in connection with any illegal purpose or activity.
You shall not:
– provide inaccurate information to Thebookstore to gain access to the Services;
– copy, rent, lease, sell, repair, transfer, assign, sublicense, disassemble, reverse engineer or decompile, modify or alter the Services including, but not limited to, translating or creating derivative works, under any circumstances if content doesn’t covered with the respective rights.
– use the Services in any manner or for any purpose that may knowingly violate any law or regulation, or any right of any person including, but not limited to, intellectual property rights, rights of privacy and/or rights of personality, or which otherwise may be harmful (in Thebookstore’s sole discretion) to Thebookstore, its providers, its suppliers, and end users of the Services.

The content on our site is provided for general information only. It is not intended to amount to advice on which you should rely. Although we make reasonable efforts to update the information on our site, we make no representations, warranties or guarantees, whether express or implied, that the content on our site is accurate, complete or up to date.
By accepting these Terms and Conditions the Party explicitly recognizes that Thebookstore cannot be held liable for any defects and/or wrong information contained within the information offered, and the possible damage which may occur in result thereof. You acknowledge that, because some aspects of Thebookstore’s services, including the provision of Audio and E-Book Content and administration of the Site, entails the ongoing involvement of Thebookstore, if Thebookstore changes any part of or discontinues any service, which Thebookstore may do at its discretion, you may not be able to use the Audio and E-Book Content to the same extent as prior to such change or discontinuation, and that Thebookstore shall have no liability to you in such case.
We offer our users to register in order to subscribe to get access to all the books in our library. To register, you must fill in the required fields of the Signup form.
The Party declares that the information provided for registration, is correct and complete and that it will update these where possible, in case of changes. Any passwords should be kept carefully and may not be shared with third parties.
Subscription is the right to access the catalog at one of the 3 tariffs. New members to our online library are enrolled into our membership with a flat subscription fee per month. When a person registers to become a member on Thebookstore they have to fill out information about the payment method – the credit card that they want to use.
The client will be charged for $ 1 (2.70 GEL) 1-day trial subscription plan, which provides unlimited access to all our Audio and E-Book Content. This is an anti-fraud feature, which validates that the card is real, and is active. The fee of the trial period is not Refundable.
Trials may only be purchased once per user.
At the end of the 1-day trial period, if you do not cancel the subscription in your user account panel, you will automatically subscribe to further membership payments and you will be charged for the using of the service according to our tariffs.
You can reduce your monthly price of subscription plan by choosing different billing cycles. Subscription is paid for a period of 1 to 6 months, with cycle of 1, 3 or 6 months with following prices per month
• 19,99 USD – 1 month plan
• 17,99 USD – 3 months plan
• 15,99 USD – 6 months plan
According to Thebookstore’s service, a month is a period of 30 days, counted from the date of payment. Thebookstore will deactivate access to the service in the case of non-payment.
Upon expiration, all subscription plans will be automatically renewed and a fee will be charged. We will charge you the fee specified at the time of purchase every billing cycle until you cancel. You may cancel your subscription plan at any time by clicking Cancel Membership button in your user account panel.
7. Cancel membership
In order to cancel your subscription, go to your account and click the Cancel Membership button. You will see the drop-down menu – please select Stop recurring payments or Cancel Membership and close account. Canceling your subscription plan takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle, but you will continue to have access to the service through the end of your current billing cycle. After that, your account will be suspended until the end of your current billing cycle, or completely removed from the system.

If a chargeback has been done on a subscription fee, you are no longer entitled to any refund. Please be informed that your bank might charge you for a currency exchange with your purchase. This currency exchange will not be entitled for a refund.
9. Content Licensing and COPYRIGHT
Our eBooks can be downloaded or read online. Please obtain copyright clearance prior to downloading the books. Our permision to use eBooks, articles, audiorecords etc is included in the items themselves (even for commercial use). You can find content free of copyright from “public domain”. The header/footer in the eBook from TheBookStore will mention that such items are in the public domain. Another books from our collection are still under copyright protection. Each copyrighted item is clearly indicated as copyrighted in the item header and has license included.

To ensure that the request for inspection has been made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your identity document with the request. In this copy, make your passport photo, MRZ (machine Readable Zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Citizen Service (BSN) black. This to protect your privacy. We respond as quickly as possible, but within four weeks, at your request. Thebookstore also wishes to point out that you have the possibility to lodge a complaint with the national Supervisor, the authority personal data.
